Knees hurt from skateboarding? medical emergency??
my knees hurt began to hurt lately..like at the knee-cap..but not when i sit or even skate..only when i walk..sometimes run..but its bad..like i cant even be quiet when it hurts..i DO do high falls on my board...stairs, ledges..
so what is it?
i dont wanna have screwed up knees when i thid young!!
tendonidis?
arthritis?
and..what tratment can i get?

people r going to say try and keep off the board but i know how hard tht is considering i broke my hand anyways go to the doctor and see wat hes got tht will help who knows maybe u broke ur kneecap (if thts possible) or ask ur parents their smart people!! have u tried just putting ice on it? maybe tht'll help a lil bit
