Question:
Is there any such thing as too much sleep?
Normally I sleep from 7am until about 4pm and then I have to take a nap in the middle of the night (I stay up all night and sleep all day). I'm only 20 years old, is it normal to sleep this much? I normally sleep at least 12 hours a day including the nap.
And why do I still feel sleepy when I get up in the afternoon? I feel like I haven't had any sleep what so ever, thats why I always take me a nap later on in the day because I can barely hold my eyes open. And yes I do suffer from depression but I'm taking meds for it, do you think that has anything to do with it?

Sleeping too much makes you tired.
And I bet your meds are involved. Tell your doctor, they probably need to lower your dosage.
