Is the something wrong with me?

is there something wrong with me? i need to know because on the left side of my jaw the bone has something attatched to it and it is kind of bumpy and it moves alot and it is really sore and it feels like a worm and it is kind of chunky an di checked the other side of my cheek and it doesn' have the same thing. so can you please help me?
