Could my foot be broken?!

Question: Could my foot be broken?
I'm 18 and not athletic but I often get sick and easily get injured. In middle school I broke my right foot and had it in a cast and everything so it healed well. Since then, I've had a sharp pain on the inside of my foot next to the big toe. I figured this was normal, since I had broken this foot, so this doesn't bother me much. However, I've recently started having worse pain in the same spot on my left foot and it radiates through the foot. It almost feels like the pain I had when I broke the other one, but it's not a constant pain. Is it possible that I broke my foot without even knowing?

Answers:

First, I′m not a doctor. This can be a simple inflammation or even a stress fracture. You have to get a specialist figured this out. This is quite common when you break something and distribute the weight differently to avoid pressure on the broken bone. So you probably broke the outer bone and you started using more the inner bone that started to hurt. Then all went to your other foot.
This not constant sharp pain can indicate indeed a stress fracture which will get worse without treatment.
Have you had other broken bones that could indicate weak bones?

most likely no. it could be sprained or just bruised. ice it a lot and elevate it.
