SINUES INFCETION HELPO PLEASEE?!


Question: SINUES INFCETION HELPO PLEASEE?
Ive have been sick for over a month and well 3 weeks ago when i went to the doctor he told be that i ahve a sinus infection.BEFOREI had taken tylenol, advil, theraflu, robitussin, nyquil and an antibiotic(tetraacycline. I DID NOT TAKE ALL OF THEM DURING THE SAME TIME. So the doctor gives me augmentin(Antibiotic) a nasal spray and loratadine.After i finshed the anit biotic after 10 days i felt the same and i wated 5 days and still nothing. I Do NOT HAVE THE SYMPTOMS THAT IM SUPPOSED TO HAVE.no counghing or sneezing no fever or runny nose or sore throut. The only symptoms i thinkg i have is nasal congestion but with outh discharge from the nose. I HAVE TO (LOOGIE) which means I (HAVE TOO) spit the moucous and salive that i have. I sometimes feel good and sometime dont, its an on and off thing. If i Feel feel a bit beeter i dont get that much LOOGIE but when i do feel bad i start getttin a lot of LOOGIE and start sweating alot, I also feel weak and tired.(I ALSO GENERATE ALOT OF SALIVA) YES I DRINK ALOT OF WATER and hot soups. I DONT KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO . I CANT HANDLE THE UNCOMFORTABLENESS. WORST I HAVE TO GO TO SCHOOL AND ITS A PAIN. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME??? PLEASE! I RECENTLEY STARTED TAKING ADVIL CONGESTION RELIEF?? (PS. I have avoided dairy products becasue i read that its bad while you hvae a sinus infection, WELL CAN ANYONE RECOMNED ME SOEMTHING?

advil cold and sinus pills,you have to get them from the pharmacy desk.take 2 .20 mins okay.or get a squirt bottle put some salt in it fill with warm water,if it burns like hell it will work instantly.play around with the ammount of salt,good luck

It sounds like you have tight neck muscles causing your problems. Tight neck muscles will back up wastes into your sinuses to make them painful. When you have tight neck muscles they will restrict everything going in and out of your head, including the blood. When there is a reduced blood flow to the brain you will have a lowered oxygen level there as well. You will know the oxygen level has dropped when you feel very tired. If the level drops more you will get dizzy, and more you will pass out. To get rid of these problems you have to free up your neck muscles and here's how to do that:
Neck
Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your neck. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. When your fingers and thumb touch, about two minutes, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
