Go to the Emergency room NOW. You dont want to take the chances of it being a heart attack!
Chest pains usually dont have to wait long to get into a room a the E.R. So u need to go ASAP.

Chest pains are usually caused by tight muscles in the back for they often send the pains around the body on the nerves to become rib, chest or heart area pains. To get rid of the pain you have to free up your back muscles and here's how to do that:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

First of all, if you have chest pain that you don't understand, hang up and call 911. That being said, most chest pain is called chest wall pain. It is usually centered directly in the middle of your chest and feels close to the surface. This pain comes from an airway agitation that makes you cough a lot, like allergies, chest cold, smoking, or reflux disease. If cold water eases the pain, it's reflux. If you can press on your sternum and feel where the pain is (touch the spot), then it is probably from coughing.

If your chest pain feels like it's deep in your chest, you should worry about heart disease and heart attack. If anything on your left side, below your heart, like your left arm feels funny, go to the ER.

Google 'chest pain' and you'll understand a lot more than I can tell you.
