Answers:

I to had the same problem. I stay awake in class by chewing on gum or candy. A teaher in highschool taught me if your mouth is moving you won't fall asleep. So if you have gun candy a bottle of water. These will help you saty awake. Obviously your bedtime and how your s hedule is set up will be a big factor in all this. The best way though is if you sit up front and participate. This way you show the teacher you care and might actually learn something.

In in college and I'm sure the reasons I listed is why I'm still on the deans list

What are you eating for lunch? I had the same problem in high school no matter how much sleep I got. Eating sugary or otherwise carb-heavy foods will have you absolutely crashing by final class period every time. Instead, at lunch, try eating protein-based meals if it's an option. You'll find you stay awake much easier when you've not burned through all your energy.

If that's not an option, buy some jerky or something and eat it as a snack before class.

I honestly had a lot of trouble with that in high school, too. Even if I would pinch my arm, or kick my legs, or various other tricks to wake myself up, I'd nod off all the time.

You could try getting some caffeine tablets, 200mg from Walgreens or something. It's all too easy to get reliant on those, though...

Smoke meth or mix rockstar and monster and redbull and drink it

Go to sleep earlier. Or pay attention (took me from a C to an A)
