Question: Lump in my thoat; ear hurts; it hurts to swallow; im in ALOT of pain!?
A COUPLE OF DAYS AGO MY THROAT GOT SORE AND A LUMP APPEARED AT THE TOP LEFT OF MY NECK. IT HURTS TO SWALLOW. IT FEELS LIKE A EAR INFECTION BUT ITS MORE IN THE THROAT THEN ANYTHING. MY EAR STARTED HURTING BAD TODAY BUT ITS MAINLY BEEN MY THROAT. BUT ITS JUST THE LUMP THATS SORE AND THE TISSUE AROUND IT. IM IN ALOT OF PAIN, IM EATING A COUGH DROP NOW AND IT DOESNT EVEN HELP. NEITHER DOES THE SPRAY NUMB STUFF. PLEASE HELP, DO YOU KNOW WHAT IT IS??

I agree. You probably have strep throat. They will swab your throat and can do a test that will tell you within a few minutes if it is positive or not. The lump at the top left of your neck is probably a swollen gland from the infection. Spray and cough drops will not help. You need to go see a doctor in the morning and get an antibiotic. Untreated strep can be very serious and can lead to Rheumatic Fever. Like the other person said, go see your doctor as soon as you can and get tested.

Strep Throat go get an antibiotic now, don't wait. I brought my daughter to the clinic today, they do a test instantly she had the exact symptoms
