It could easily be some kind of zit or a sore. Yknow how when you pop a zit, right after, it starts to slowly flow out oil and sebum?
Same concept, it's just probably a little scalp build-up/dandruff or an oily scalp. Likely if you have combination or oily skin, or acne. Usually it's no big deal. If you're EXTREMELY worried about it and are POSITIVE it's not just a sore or a zit or something, go ahead and see your doctor about it.

If you're itchy, it may cause scabs, a small formation of blood that dries up and creates that lump. Avoid scratching so the blood won't flow anymore.

If You had used a tissue or Paper towel You could have looked at the liquid and learned it had been blood or bloody and or some other fluid
