HELP?odd Lump?!

HELP?odd Lump?

Ok here's whats up. i have this lump on my leg about one inch by three inches that is sticking up. its warm to the touch and is definitly swollen. it doesn't hurt to touch, but is bugging the hell out of me. i was thinking it might be a knot or something but i never had one. i had it yesterday but it got smaller when i went to sleep. but when i started to move around again. there it went and it got bigger again. but not moreso than the day before. help with what it could me. oh and there's no sign of bite(from a bug) or any scab that could have made it easy for an infection to get in? i'm pregnant and concerned, but don't want to go to teh hospital(its seriously overcrowded all the time)if it is not important? HELP

it's 3 inches above my knee. and it's not swollen at all below the lump.

you should definately see a doctor, it sounds like it may be what's called a deep vein thrombosis and is very dangerous! you'll probably get a doppler ultrasound done to rule it out, and if it is a DVT, you'll be put on blood thinners. good luck!
