a few things that can help with this problem is a humidifier. this can reduce nosebleeds and add moisture to the air you breathe.

Ive heard about a nasal spray that helps coat the nostrils keeping them moist....ask at your local pharmacy about this but im not sure if its something you can sleep with

It's probably something as simple as dry air but if the nosebleeds are persistant and become hard to stop then i'd see a doctor just to make sure
