When will my hamstring injury leave?!
Question: When will my hamstring injury leave?
I pulled my hamstring about 1-2 months ago.
I was practicing martial arts, but I didn't stretch. I didn't stretch because I wasn't intent on a full practice, just a kick or really, just playing around.
I went to kick with my right leg, above my height (5'11), but at the peak of the kick, a stabbing pain and an immediate contraction pulled me back down.
I have had an Hamstring grade 1 injury before, but that was better in two weeks.
The pain was from the base of my Buttocks (left side lol) down midway my left hamstring.
I don't have pain, but if I try to kick high, still a stabbing pain. I really need this to heal, kicking low , below waist level, isn't any fun.
It did not reduce my ability to walk, it did not hurt when I stood on it and I could still kick low. There was no bruising or swelling and did not hurt to touch... is it a tendon instead?
