Ringing noise in my right ear?!
Question: Ringing noise in my right ear?
Whenever I go to bed I get a ringing noise in my ear this started two days ago i am finding it very hard to get to sleep. I think it is from my headphones so I have taken them out I am not listening to music. What should I do please help 10 points for helpfull answer!

I tend to get it in both ears, infact everything goes muffled. My vision gets bad, my ears get bad, my balance. This happens when I worry. Could be worry?
