Question: How do I find sleep naturally?
Gotta sleep it has only been fifty years. I need sleep not anti depressants. I lost everyone because fo the crazy thing I did while on anti depressants. Help

when you feel tired even just a little bit, go lay down and close your eyes, make sure it's dark.. your eyes should get tired. thats what happend to me off I stopped taking my anxiety and anti depressants. it acutally helped me once I got off of them.
you should feel tried ,your eyes should feel heavy than only you can get sleep naturally
Lay down in a bed and go to bed. Is it too late? What about another 50 years shortening?
