Has a blockage been ruled out? If not then it needs to be as that can be life threatening. I don't have your problems but I can certainly sympathize. Do you take stool softeners? Eat plenty of fiber and drink plenty of water? Oatmeal and shredded wheat are both great to eat for breakfast to keep the bowels moving, along with taking regular stool softeners on a daily basis. Avoid laxatives if you can as they will quickly prevent your bowels from working on their own in the future. Good luck and I hope you figure this out and get some relief very soon.

You are suffering from perhaps Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).

Immediately, please resort to this quick home remedy :

1. Drink only warm water ;
2. Drink 1 glass of warm water every 45 minutes
3. Take 1 spoon of Antacid after Breakfast, Lunch , Evening snacks and even Dinner
4. Start light physical exercises, brisk walking and skipping daily.
5. Stop eating any Meat or meat product
6. Visit the loo daily at the same time even if you do not get the urge. Make its a habit as part of a
routine discipline.

If you believe in homeopathy, please take Bio-chemic medicine : CALCAREA FLUOR-12x FOUR TIMES DAILY FOR 7 DAYS. [ 4 TABLETS = 1 DOSE ]

Do not drink Coffee or eat chocolates for One month.

Personal experience

I'm sorry to hear that you are having problems. What works for me is a bowl of porridge for breakfast which I cook up with a spoonful of linseed (you can get these at health food shops). The oats provide soluble fibre and the linseed help with bloating. The taste is fine too. Also, try to avoid fizzy drinks as these will make bloating worse. I hope you find this helps.

You need more fibre in your diet or a supplement to keep you regular.

You should never sit on the toilet and strain. If nothing happens in 2 minutes, get off and try again later. Straining on the toilet will give you piles.

you should go to doctors immediately.
