New Snake Bite Piercing help?!

Question: New Snake Bite Piercing help?
Hey guys,
I just got snakebites 3 days ago (Saturday the 12), and I noticed a few hours ago that the inside of my lip looked really bruised. Now it looks a little better, and I don't think it's anything serious because the piercers said it was normal. However, my right piercing still leaks a little bit of blood and crusts A LOT. My left one is fine. What is the crusting supposed to mean and is bleeding normal still even though it's been almost 4-5 days?!?
I use the "Safe" solution the shop gave me to wash the outside of my lip with a q-tip morning and night.
I use the sea salt with warm water to gargle the inside.
I use the blue mouth wash to rinse morning and night.

By the way, I got this professionally done at one of the best shops in the bay area.
Any tips or information about taking care of these and the crusting? I'm supposed to go and get them switched out 2 weeks from the day i had them done.
Last thing, my lip with the piercings is REALLY dry. Is there anything I can do to make them not as dry? When I lick my lip I have to move the piercing with my lip and I don't think i'm supposed to move them. Is it ok to move the piercing with my tongue?
Thanks.
