Experiencing pressure back of neck, chest tightness, lips tingle..what can it be?
symptoms:
heaviness on the chest.
pressure in head
dizziness
fatigue
btw..have been to cardiologist - not my heart. have been experiencing this many months have seen many doctor's what is this?

I think you may have Chronic Hyperventilation Syndrome (CHVS). This is a common but seldom diagnosed condition and occurs when the level of carbon dioxide in your blood gets too low. Without carbon dioxide, the oxygen in your blood doesn't get round the organs and can leave you with headaches, tingling, dizziness and a heavy feeling on the chest.
