Hard pimples that arent pimples?
for the past 4 months i've been getting big hard bumps on my face & body, they start out looking like pimples but they dont have anything inside them & they havent gone away till now. just discovered they're called "milia seeds". how the hell do i get rid of them?!!

My skin is prone to these things too. I've found that Apricot Scrub helps a lot. I had to have some removed by a doctor once and she advised me to use exfoliating scrub a couple of times a week to prevent new ones and it has worked for me. I don't spend a lot of money on it, it costs about 2.50 (at wal-mart) for a tube of Apricot Scrub and one tube lasts about 4 months using it twice weekly.
You can't squeeze them out, they have to be pricked out with a needle. I don't advise that as a do it yourself project because it could leave scars and get infected. I don't get them much in the winter, but in the summer it's terrible without the scrub.
