Question: I keep getting sharp pains on my right side. Is my appendix going to burst?
Lately I have been getting really bad pains in my right side. That's pretty much it.

No! There are so many possibilities. You could have an ovarian cyst. It could be just gas or constipation. You could have an intestinal infection. Some woman, for some odd reason, get pains when they are going to ovulate. Other woman have continuous problems with one ovary over their lifetime. See your Doctor. You can't always tell which appendix is going to burst or which is not going to burst. People with Appendicitis usually will run a low grade fever,nausea,pain and have rebound tenderness
