Then i went out with a friend and smoked a cigarrette which i dont think is the cause cus im a daily smoker. I come home, go to sleep & all of a sudden i wake up feeling like throwing up so i run to the bathroom and throw up peach colored puke and it tastes so bitter & strong. No i did not drink any alcohol. Im 20 yrs old and been smoking since i was 18 but i know smoking is not the problem.. im thinking it is food poisoning? Help :(

Answers:

Food poisoning has become the panacea for all stomach problems. There are so many reasons why you might have thrown up. You could have a sour stomach and it caused this reaction. It might be too much food before bed. Sometimes it can just be the combination of foods. And on a occasion you could have food that has some bacteria in it. That doesn't always mean food poisoning. But the bottom line. I would rather throw up then be sick. And your stomach is telling you something.

It might be because you just had a very heavy dinner and it just didn't digest very well. Pasta and ribs are pretty heavy, so it may have not agreed with you. To be safe, get on the BRAT diet (Banana, Rice, Applesauce & Toast) for a couple of days and let your stomach rest.

I hope you feel better!!!

Definitely food poisoning, probably from the ribs.

Recently food poisoned.
