Question: Left sided chest pain when lying on my front?
for the last few months, when sleeping on my front, i have been getting sharp stabbing pains on the left side of my chest, but only when laying more to the left side than the right or when turning in my sleep. it constantly wakes me up and happens almost every night. does anyone else experiance this?

If you mean while lying on your stomach, it may be a gallbladder or intestinal issue. If it wakes you up at night, try sleeping on your right side with a pillow behind your back. Eliminate fats from your diet & try simethicone capsules (generic) after eating- or Maalox plus tablets. Talk to a doctor if the problem continues.
