Developed a trigger finger. Please help.?!

Question: Developed a trigger finger. Please help.?
I have developed a trigger finger. I went to my sports doctor and he said so and asked me to only do hot fermentation. Thing is, its not getting better. I soak my hand in hot water 2-3 times a day. He did mention it'll take like a few months. But I've noticed in the last week, my pinky finger, in the mornings has only gotten worse. In the morning its completely stiff. I have to unlock my pinky with my other hand. Afterwards it becomes fine. It doesn't hurt and all. It didn't even hurt in the morning. Now it does.
Im a squash player and Im trying to break into the pro level. So I can't leave that.
What other options do I have? It isn't severe. It's a VERY mild case. It doesn't even burn or anything.
But with my playing squash and all for such long hours and writing and all (Im a student) I think it's not getting better.
Would massages and all help?

Massages always help if it is done correctly or it can make it worst.

Hot and cold compressions alternately can do wonders, but you should get both the x' Ray and MRI pictures taken if it is not done already, second opinion is also is in order.

I was at a alternate medicine place and they showed me to massage this type of condition, it seems they did good but at home when I gave massage it became worst, so it is important to use right techniques.

In some cases calcium and cortisone injection are given directly but that all depends on actual evaluation.

I am not over it yet and it is now about 6 months, does take time and I am very care full not to aggravate this condition that is actually getting batter, but very slowly.

I am just letting nature take its course, and being just care full, let it heal on its own (you do not have this luxury).

Hey Dear, take R55 TDS for few days regularly. After 15 days let me know. Thanks
