What could I have done to my foot?!
Question: What could I have done to my foot?
In December 2009 just after I had my son I kicked my foot on a wooden bed leg, and I had to walk on the inside of my foot for about 6 months before I could walk on my whole foot again.
It has been over a year and when I started walking just recently after 3 days it is hurting and yet again I can't put pressure on it.
When I kicked it, it was the bone on my arch about 3cm behind my little toe and the one next to it. Can anyone tell me what I could've done to it? And if I can make it heal over a year later?

As a RN I cannot diagnose.
If this has been bothering you for so long,best to see a MD/health care provider for poss x ray and evaluation.
No way to tell without an exam.
Elevate the foot and apply a ice pack 20 min on/off in the meantime.
Consider trying Advil/Motrin till you get seen.
