Question: Every time I rub the back of my ankle, I feel like my heel is stepping on a rock...?

The center of my heel gets the sensation that I am stepping on a pebble (it's an irritation, not a pain) whenever I rub the back of my foot. At first, I thought there was a rock in my shoe, but it happens at different intensities with different shoes. What could it be?

Your ankle might be very numb but its nothing serious.
The best thing to do if ur ankle is numb is to hold it down a lot and stay there for 5 minutes even though it hurts and then eventually the feeling will go away
