Sunburn Blister Help?!

Question:

Sunburn Blister Help?

two days ago i spent about 6 hours in the sun with NO SUNSCREEN, before you say YOU NEEDED SUNSCREEN, i know this now and believe me, i have learned my lesson, i just need some help. my chest is now covered in little blisters, ranging from the size of the end of a pen to about a centimeter in diameter. they currently are only on my chest and shoulders but before i went to bed they were barely on the middle of my chest. Also, i cant lay down at all, as it hurts to bad. Also, on top of it all, i am 14 years old and currently am away from home visiting some family downstate. Please, anything you can say besides aloe vera well help me.

Answers:

Take a lukewarm bath with 5-6 drops of Camomile Essence diluted in a tablespoon of Carrier Oil to soothe the burns.
Mix a few drops of lavender oil with yogurt and apply on skin. Lavender has a soothing effect and diminishes the irritation and redness. Yogurt will cool the skin down...if you don't have the lavender oil just apply yogurt.
You can also mash the pulp of a ripe avocado and smooth over the sunburnt area for a soothing effect.
Bathe your face in buttermilk or grate up some potatoes and apply to the sunburned area. The starch will cool and soothe the burn. Use cold peppermint tea as a mild wash to ease the stinging. Or you can try dissolving Epsom salts or baking soda in cold water and draping a cloth soaked in the solution over the affected area.
