Broke both ankels.need advice?!

Question: Broke both ankels.need advice?
I broke my left ankel.both the balls on the sides.it was exactly a year ago 27/02/2010 in a motorcycle accident highspeed.so they put a cast on and the right ankel was sweld up hectic.so after 2 weeks I went back to the doc.he took exrays and said its just injured.so after another 4 weeks of trieng to walk on my "injured“ foot.that I couldn't .I spend the first 6 weeks after my accident in a wheelchair.when I went to remove the cast "difrent doctor“ he took a look at my ankel and did a ct scan, found that I've fractured my talus.and it was blocking my upward movement of foot.which made my achilis tendon shrink.he ordered that it must be operated.after long discusions with doctors I went in for an operation 5 months after my operation, they did a orif on talus.bonegraft on tibea and cut the achilis to make it longer.my cast came off 6 months ago.I've had intense physio and they told me it would take long time before it will heal, but its been a year after accident and 6months after operation and lots of improvment with physio.I can put my weight on it again.but I'm still having a hard time walking.I'm still limping.and the pain never stops.is it gonna take longer?how long?they put 2 screws in and I thouit it will heal quick, but bothtmy ankels are still blue and movements limited.I've gone for checkups.they say its fine.just give it time.the tendon is the ouch part.it doesn't stretch fully.and is totaly stiff even when relaxed.and i hear u will struggle for ever with walking and living after talus fracture.HELP .any advice would be apreciated.

It takes awhile for an ankle to heal, at least 3 months.
