Answers:

Daniel, use a gauze on the cut or other sterile application, even a clean undershirt, squeeze for as long as it takes to stop the bleeding. If it is indeed deep, you can service this yourself with some things your going to need like suches from your local pharmacy, this is a home remedy of stitching your own cut, its is like taping two pieces of paper together, then wrap in clean gauze, use medical tape to hold, get a tetanus shot if you haven't gotten one in the last ten years, or you risk a frozen jaw. Take 500mgs of vitamin (C) daily with vitamin (E) to help this quickly heal. Take 2 pills of motrin or advil every 4 hours for any pain.

you need to keep constant pressure on it. a band-aid may not be enough. you might need to wrap a piece of sterile cotton on it with some gauze. a styptic can also help. two styptics that people commonly have in their kitchen are alum and jalapenos (just the juice). one thing about styptics though; they really sting!

Dude rap t paper around it and apply preasure....Give it time...Bandaid.
