Hi I'm taking these tablets for my (very) heavily sprained ankle and I was delirious with pain when the doctor at the hospital was telling me about them so I cant fully remember. She told me to make sure I dont take them on an empty stomach because of the strength of them and something else..... cant think.
But I've been taking them for 48 hours now, and my tummy muscles feel like I've done 6000 sit-ups. Could this be from the tablets?

No they are not dissolvable ones, they are to be taken whole, orally with water.

If that medicine is similar to one that I took a number of years ago, yes, there's a chance that it could tear up the stomach because of how strong an anti-inflammatory medication it is. I took a medicine called Voltaren for my arthritis in 1992 and had a medication induced seizure. Yes, it's possible the side effect is because of the medication.
I would recommend getting in touch with your dr and pharmacist as well to see what they say and think.
