I get constant head-rush?!

Question: I get constant head-rush?
Recently, I keep getting head rushes (when you feel like everything is rushing to your head and you become dizzy and light headed; usually happens if you get up too quickly).
In my case, I could be standing and just stretch and it'll happen. Or I could stand up, not quickly at all in my opinion, and it would come. It happens multiple times a day now and it's ridiculous. I've told a doctor and she took a blood test and it came out perfectly fine. What could be the issue? I'm assuming a lack of some vitamin or something? I'm just not sure which one.

Some additional information, about 1.5 years ago I was 50 lbs heavier. I lost all of it (naturally, meaning eating healthy and exercising), now I'm down to a healthy weight. (165; 5'9"; large build; male)

Thanks for any advice!

You have tight neck muscles causing that. When your neck muscles are tight they restrict everything going in and out of your head including the blood. When there is a reduced blood flow to the brain you will have a lowered oxygen level there as well. You will know when the oxygen level has dropped when you feel very tired. If the level drops more you will get dizzy, light headed. If more you will pass out. When you stand up your back muscles pull tight and they go up into the neck which restricts the blood flow even more to make you light headed. to get rid of this problem you have to free up your neck muscles and here's how to do that:
Neck
Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your neck. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. When your fingers and thumb touch, about two minutes, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

"Head rushes" are mostly caused by a rapid change in your blood pressure. You can become extra susceptible to this if your blood pressure is already low from being dehydrated. I would suspect that if you increased your hydration and electrolytes using a sports drink such as Gatorade it will decrease these episodes. Give it a try and tell your physician if that does help . You may need to have some blood studies done that were not done the first time.

Are you drinking enough fluids? Possibly something as simple as mild dehydration. If it continues after increasing fluids for a few days, then you may want to see a nuerologist to make sure everythings fine.
