Am I being eaten alive?!

I goto the doctor with my mom to see what these red bumps are on my body, in the end we found out it MIGHT be bed bugs (they itch they hurt no fever or anything like that) after they give my mom a panphlit. Now my mom and dad start thinking they know everything about bedbugs that o "they live on my bed" I tell them facts the ignore me. they start telling me when I get home don't go on your bed, change your underwear and take off all your clothing. I tell them again they don't live on clothing or on bed, they continue to ignore me. Another thing is that I keep growing more bumps even though I don't have any bed bugs on me, I also tell them that they live in cracks on walls and inside outlits. I get home and I see no signs of bed bugs on my bed. Now they said there gonna get rid of almost everything I have and get me a new bed (100-500 dollars) now there wasting money and there time when its not 100% comfirmed bedbugs. I tell them buying a new bed is useless guess what they ignore me AGAIN and start saying bullshitty facts that they don't even know what there talking about. Can someone tell me something to convince them that there just wasting there time and money on something not even gonna help with these bumps?
