Why do i keep on having headaches?!

Question: Why do i keep on having headaches?
I'm 13...
And i am doing a lot of stuff in the week; homework, sports etc. but i'm not getting stressed about that i like to keep fit and i like school. I have been having a non-stop headache for about 2-3 months which makes my head feel really tight and its making me have to move my eyebrows. i am also getting a stiff neck and a achy back and this has also been going on for around 2 and a half months. i guess i have been going to sleep quite late lately, and i have been fighting with my parents a lot. I just want to know why i have these things and is it serious? Thanks(:

Hi, I bet you grind your teeth in your sleep. This is a major cause of headaches. Because it's not going away, you probably do this most nights. There's no way you would know you were doing it. If you are getting a stiff neck, pain behind one eye, bad throbbing in your temple (side of your head) and backache then you'd best see your dentist. Your dentist can fix this for you with a mouth guard. I know this because my dentist cured my headaches and I am so happy now. I had such bad pain I couldn't stand it but I haven't had a headache at all for months and sleep great now. I love my mouth guard! Tooth grinding (or clamping your jaw shut when you sleep) is called Bruxism and is caused by stress and tiredness. It can cause serious damage to your teeth over time. Go to your dentist and tell him/her your symptoms. Doctors are useless for headaches!

had the same problem for years, but now it's gone for good.
