Question: Help please!! Im afraid I might be developing a hernia once more but I am to ship out in two months.?
Ever since m physical for the Navy Ive been thinking that I might be getting a hernia again. I had one 8 years ago and there havent been any problems yet, I got checked about 5 years ago thouroughly but when I cough the exact spot where I had my hernia repaired feels weird. Im not sure if I am getting a hernia or I am just being paranoid because I do not want to be disqualified from the Navy. If I was to have a nother one, could I simply get it repaired again without being disqualified since Ill have time to heal? I dont feel pain or a lump but the muscles in that area tense up when I cough. I could just be sore from masturbating too often (yes I am embarrased but I need an answer), I dont want to go to the doctor unless I really have to, any advice?

Only a MD/health care provider may diagnose you.
Imagine if you had severe problems en route you did not attend to .
Best to have it checked out before leaving. It may be entirely normal in the absence of pain or swelling.
I do not mean to be vague,but only by examination will you know for sure.
