Could my sleep problems be related to foods I eat?!

Question:

Could my sleep problems be related to foods I eat?

i have had problems falling asleep for as long as i can remember. it takes me AT least 20 minutes, but sometimes up to an hour to fall asleep. Lately, I have had problems falling back asleep if I get woken up.

I know all of the tips and tricks about sleep disorders (don't do anything in bed other than sleep/ sex, try aromatherapy, no caffeine, write down your problems, etc.)

i am starting to think maybe it could be related to FOODS i eat. I know i was once allergic to dairy, so likely i still have a minor allergy.... I am wondering if anyone has heard of food being related to sleep issues.

Thanks!

Answers:

Definitely! My son has been a horrible sleeper since he was born and our acupuncturist said it's due to his allergies. And we're doing NAET to treat his allergies, and he's actually starting to sleep through the night! It's amazing! I even mentioned NAET to someone else on the board. You can google it to read all about it and find a practitioner near you. You don't have to have sleep problems. Good luck!
