how do i give myself a stuffy nose?!

I want to know how to make my nose congested so it barely lets any smell pass through and quickly. I'm about to go eat dinner with my family but my mom has a really bad farting problem. I don't want to upset her and just tell her but i cant just say i don't feel hungry because she will still make me sit at the table with the family even if i don't eat. It is really gross but my dad doesn't mind it but i just wonder if theres a way to make my nose stuffed up so i cant smell her farts.
