How long do I ice and injury?
I dislocated my thumb exactly a week ago. It still hurts (not as bad obviously) but should I still be icing it? Thanks for your help!!
Answers:
Yes ice it as long as there is swelling and pain but only for 10 mins at a time. If you can get in a whirlpool for afew mins a week that may help with pain also.
