if you take your hand and you place it on your throat and run it down to the middel of you boobs, if it hurts in there like to take deep breaths and it feels weird like normally whats that?

Could be pleurisy, an inflammation of the chest walll. Drink some hot tea, take some advil or aleve, and rst. There's really not much else that can be done for it. However, if you take birth cntrol pills or are on the patch especially, you should see your doctor for a blood test to check for blood clots, because pulmonary embolism can present with those symptoms. That's a blood clot in your lungs, which can be fatal.
