Question: Pain under left breast and left shoulder blade?
I run between 35-50 minutes a day on my treadmill . Last week after shoveling snow I started to get a pain in my left shoulder blade after my run last night I started to get a pain just under my left breast and still had the pain in my left shoulder blade as well. I'm 25 and fairly healthy It has gotten better throughout the day but I'm a little worried about doing my run tonight .

I'm guessing you are right handed and you pitched the snow at a pretty good pace. This is probably a rotator cuff injury. Once is a while I get this injury from tennis when I try to use my left (non-dominant) arm in a desperate attempt to reach a ball too far to my left for my right arm. I've never seen a doctor for this, it lasts 2 or 3 weeks depending on severity.
sounds like left half of diaphragm is neurogenically weak. see an hio method upper cervical specific chiropractor.
