How Can a 16-Year-Old Male Straighten his Hammer Toes?!
Question: How Can a 16-Year-Old Male Straighten his Hammer Toes?
I have developed hammer toes in the pinkie toe of my left foot and both index toes, and I need guidance on how I can correct them. The hammer toes do not seem severe and are barely noticeable but have been present for more than a year.
I have researched several websites and questions on Yahoo Answers about the issue and have found straightening tips for runners (I am on a school rowing team that involves running for the workouts) and assuring details of the problem healing if I walked barefoot more often around the house, which I currently have started.
In addition, I usually do not feel pain but have started to feel some tension because of my now-tight shoe size, of which I am planning on changing with shoe-shopping later this week.
Are there any tips or suggestions that you have for me? {o=
