Why do bruses appear randamly?!
Question: Why do bruses appear randamly?
I have this bruise on my arm and leg and i havent hit them or anything why does this happen

same thing happpens to me from time to time.
could be from temperature someone said.
but then i read in a book that bruises like that happen from being emotionally upset or hurt etc emotionally in pain. and this is a physical symptom of that.
They don't appear randomly. You might get hit and it didn't hurt you much so you forgot it. It turned into a bruise.
