It means stop beating your hair chest and walking on your knuckles and wrap it up everytime you have sex. Yes its ok to have sex everytime you have sex, they aren't saying you should have sex everyday. Yes its a responsible act if they didn't tell people this we would have more people on this earth then we could deal with! Condoms and birth control are a wonderful thing!!
