And it has grown 4 times its normal size. My Dr. woudn't see me till thursday. Is there any thing I do? I would Prefure not to go to the ER.

Call the doctor's answering service. Tell them you must speak to him, and you are in pain.
Did you talk to a doctor for your appt., or a receptionist?
Make sure you tell him about the size, and new pain!
If he can't move up your appt, consider seeing another doctor.
