What could be causing it?!
Question: What could be causing it?
I am not looking at what I need to do, because I am seeing a doctor tomorrow. I just want to know what could possibly causing it.

There are literally hundreds, if not thousands, of causes for the vomiting. There's no way to know the cause in your case without a thorough medical evaluation. It could be anything from an intestinal obstruction to an acute gallbladder attack to anything else. That's why there are endoscopes, X-rays, scans, and lab tests-- to figure out the cause.
Your disorientation is NOT caused by dehyrdration, but by electrolyte imbalance. I assume you have not been eating, or what you are eating is being vomited up. That being the case, you are likely deficient in sodium and potassium, both critical to many essential body functions. You are probably also functioning in a state of metabolic alkalosis (including shallower breathing, with all its associated potential complications) because of the reduction in acidity from all the vomiting.
I answered one of your previous questions-- I think this is a medical emergency, not something to visit the doctor for tomorrow, but whatever the case-- I hope you get the help you need for the short term (rehydration and electrolyte replenishment) and long term (cause). My recommendation is the ER-- tonight.
