I'm feeling pains in my sides when I squat?!
Question: I'm feeling pains in my sides when I squat?
So I can squat with 100 pounds on my shoulders (including the bar) but I feel I can do more. The weird thing is, I'm being super cautious; I always wear a belt and I know I'm using it correctly, and I never squat without a spotter. So why am I feeling these weird pains in my sides? I know I'm doing everything right, but these pains indicate otherwise.

I suggest you address this with your Dr as it could be something internal that needs to be looked at with an ultra sound
well might be arthritis you know.
