i started to get sick slowy at first feeling my arm pits hurt then didnt want to eat stuffy nose the came some body aches sore throat and a slight fever after taking some meds it went away but what could it have been

It could have been a virus with swollen glands.
Thats what it sounds like. You have glands there as well as in your neck and groin and can swell when you get an infection.
