Hello I had these types of headaches as you describe, someone suggested I have my eyes tested i'm now wearing glasses and have not had a bad headache since. Also have you been in a enviroment where there are bright lights this too could be the case. You may want to consider to see your doctor as it might be something serious.

Any unusual headaches should be assessed by a doctor to make sure everything is ok. It could even be something easy to control like your blood pressure it doesnt mean its anything serious. I am a migraine sufferer but if I get them too regularly then I do go and see my doctor just to make sure everything is ok.

They can give you different pain management and even refer you to migraine clinics in your local hospital and they can suggest different ways to manage them.

Hope that helps

Yes. Sounds like migraine if you have to lie dawn and if light hurts your eyes. I found oranges, coffee, chocolate and strong cheese gave me migraines, so I avoid them. Try Syndol or Nurofen Plus for relief. A hot towel or flannel on the head or neck can give some relief, or something ice cold.
Also, stress can be a cause, so if you have too much stress in your life, try to fit in some 'you' time for exercise and chilling out. You're not alone and no one knows the pain of migraine until they get it. If it persists speak to your doctor or pharmacist.

I'm having the same! I read somewhere, it is because of the changes of the seasons. But not sure. Get well soon!:)

Its worth drinking lots. It could be dehydration. Or its worth seeing a doctor- it could be worse than you think.

Well, this could be a variety of things and all depends on how long you had them for and duration and if the pain is originating from anywhere e.g. sharp pains in the eyes.

IF its been a while (1 week +) then I suggest you see your doctor as a precaution and drink A LOT of water as this usually is why headaches begin through dehydration.

If you have recently had glasses fitted and they started around the same time then this is a possible reason (this happened to me, even though its just meant for reading!)

but the bottom line is, see your doctor there are so many possible reasons as to why your having them and its all a lot easier if you speak to a doctor who will ask the questions and you will answer. so it will be a quick Q&A. where as on here you could be going round in circles and being on the pc definitely is not going to help.

Hope this helps and get well soon.

Experience and family members have same problems every now and then
