dull ache in testicle?!

Question: Dull ache in testicle?
im 15, and for the past few days have had a dull ache in my testicle, i have checked and can feel no lumps or swelling, so i dont really think its cancer, it seems to be more present when im sitting down, im obviously a little bit worried and would just like a second opinion

Go see a doctor, it could be something, it probably isn't but it's better to be safe than sorry. :)

I'm a testicular cancer survivor and can tell you that symptoms vary greatly from man to man. Some men do not have lumps or swelling. And TC is the #1 cancer for men 15-35. The sooner a doctor can catch it the better the prognosis, and most likely the less treatment will be required. It could also be a blocked vein, infection, or benign cyst, but all of those things also need a doctor's attention. Don't worry till you have to - only a doctor can make an accurate diagnosis! This site has links to credible testicular cancer resources, and shows the self-exam with a list of symptoms. Good luck and hopefully it's nothing serious.

Maybe it is worn out. Find something else to do on your spare time for a few days and let the body heal. ;)
