hey everyone. i will be 15 weeks this thursday. i have some lower back ache. is this normal??? it comes and goes. it doesn't hurt just aches sometimes. anyone else experiencing this????


Answers:

it is normal and i wouldn't worry to much. try doing some excercises to stretch the back and make a point to stand kind of leaning back to help reduce the strain on your back.
