Ever heard of a business called Ideal Feet? Did they help your heel pain?
Your arch pain? I went to this strip mall place called Ideal Feet.
They supposedly make custom orthotics. The attendant there put me through some rigamerole where you step on some kind of pad and it shows "hot spots." Then he went in the back and came out with these sort of hard plastic inserts.
He wanted about a million dollars for them. I told him I would have to think about it.

i have a hard time believing you. i got custom fit inserts tat cost me 300 something so what the guy was charging you was completely outrageous.!!
