Question: Hello. i believe i have a problem...I dont want to consult a doctor unless i have to. i lack insurance.?
My problem: i seem to be sexually attracted to any good looking female who shows me the slightest bit of kindness and then i end up hitting on them. It sux because i am really good at making friends and then i run into road blocks because i cant tell the difference in being nice and flirting. please help.

It is probably not something you need to worry about, but you do need to learn to control your reactions to it. The best way to do that is to ALWAYS assume that the woman is just being nice. That way, you will not be inappropriate. Give all friendships much more time before even considering that there might be the possibility of more than friendship.
