Heart Palpitations, lack of energy etc....what is the cause?
Im 22, a normal weight, not that fit, but ok...I get a lot of heart palpitations, nad have had them for quite a few years. I am also lately experiencing a lack of energy, in that I cannto really get on with anything and feel like sleeping. What could be wrong? Should I take some supplements?

Probably stress - but heart palpitations - I would see a doctor about that.
